🎢 ROPE DROP TRAINING HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN 😂

Forget training for a marathon... we're preparing for something much more serious:

Because anyone who's done Orlando knows the reality...

⏰ Alarm goes off at a ridiculous hour

🎢 ORLANDO TIP: YOU DO NOT NEED TO CONQUER FLORIDA IN 14 DAYS 😂

We've all got one person in the holiday group...

"Right, Magic Kingdom Monday, EPCOT Tuesday, Universal Wednesday, Animal Kingdom Thursday..."

By Friday, everyone's done 70,000 steps, someone's got a blister the size of Florida, and nobody wants to look at another theme park. 😂

Our Orlando tip?

🌴 Give yourself permission to have days where you do very little.

Pool day.
🛍️ Shopping.
🍔 Long lunch.
🌴 Disney Springs.
😴 Even an afternoon nap.

You're not "wasting a day".

You're making sure you actually enjoy the expensive days you've travelled thousands of miles for!

Orlando is incredible, but you don't get a medal for completing it. 🏅😂

😂 THINGS THAT ARE COMPLETELY NORMAL ON HOLIDAY...
..but would be slightly concerning at home.

🍺 Having a drink at 7am because "we're at the airport."

🍦 Eating ice cream before lunch.

😴 Having an afternoon nap and feeling ZERO guilt.

🍳 Eating approximately 4 breakfasts because it's a buffet.

👕 Wearing the same pair of shorts for considerably longer than you'd admit.

💰 Saying "we're on holiday" immediately before making a terrible financial decision.

🍹 Ordering another cocktail because technically it's already paid for.

📸 Taking 147 photos of the sunset.

And the biggest one...

🏖️ Doing absolutely NOTHING all day and somehow being exhausted by dinner.
