🚨 Disney Update 🚨
The Grand Floridian cafe will close in July 😳

From July until October The Grand Floridian cafe will close for refurbishment & brunch will temporarily move to Cìtricos

All other dining locations at the Floridian will remain open

There will also be a lot more construction going on at different locations throughout the resort, including the entrance. This work is expected to go on until early 2027 📅

Guests may hear construction noise throughout the resort during day time hours & may need to find alternate walking paths throughout the day

June marks 20 years since Disney released the film cars! & all these years later Disney are still heavily investing into the franchise 🚘

The franchise has grown in popularity with Disney investing into a new cars themed land coming to Magic Kingdom ✨

Piston Peak is currently under construction on the former footprint of Tom Sawyers Island, it’s the largest expansion project in Disney history!!!

The new land will feature Rocky Mountain Landscapes, geysers & two new attractions including a family friendly rally race 🏎️ ⛰️

🌍 Epic Universe fact 🌍
Harry Potter and the Battle of The Ministry at Epic Universe has welcomed nearly 4 million riders! In just over a year since the park opened in May 2025 ⚡️

Pretty impressive! Despite capacity limits when the park first opened it still managed to hit those number & remains one of the most popular & anticipated rides at the theme park 🎢

What’s your favourite ride at Epic Universe? 🌍

Are you visiting Disney world this June? Then keep watching as there’s a few things you need to know 👀

Crowd levels:
Early June is typically lower & manageable levels, but will increase towards the end of the month due to schools breaking up for summer ☀️

Weather 🌦️
June is coming into peak summer time, so expect hot sun & high humidity. June also marks the start of the wet season with frequent afternoon thunderstorms ⛈️

Closures:
There are NO major ride or attraction closures scheduled for June 😊

Events:
The Flower & Garden Festival over at Epcot finished on June 1st 🌺

Construction 🚧
3 Disney parks currently have major construction projects going on! & those parks are:
- Magic Kingdom
- Hollywood Studios
- Animal Kingdom
