📸 My lovely customers embarked on their very first cruise last month on board the fabulous Celebrity Ascent around the med & greek isles. They are very well travelled and have stayed in the best hotels in the world, so I knew we had to keep the bar high with Celebrity Ascent with its 32 restaurants! And of course opted for a Retreat Sky Suite 🤩 They loved it and I have a feeling they’ll be back for another one! 🚢

Here’s what they loved:

The service and butler were lush and very responsive. The luminae restaurant menu food and service was so good that we ate most meals there. Ship immaculate.
The retreat area and pools were class.
Everything you need was steps away from our room door, the casino and theatre were fun entertainment on a night time. The staff were all amazing and helpful.
Petit chef restaurant experience was our favourite dining experience for a special night.
Overall a lush room, so many choices for food and drink and the added bonus of being in the retreat with all the extra perks, definitely worth the upgrade.

A floating gelato shop is making waves off the coast of Cefalù, Sicily. Known as the Gelato Boat Bar, it’s operated by a man who paddles between Cefalù Beach and Caldura Bay, serving scoops of gelato directly to swimmers. 🍦🇮🇹

The boat appears most often on summer weekends and accepts card payments. No shoes, no towel, no problem — just gelato, at sea.
