📺 Did you spot Newmarket on Channel 4 tonight?!

Harry and Kizzy, the adorable mini-Shetlands, weren’t the only Newmarket stars to feature in tonight’s episode of Four in a Bed! 🐴⭐

Filmed at the National Horse Racing Museum, our very own Discover Newmarket Tour Guide Sandie also made an appearance, showcasing what a special place the Museum is to visit. 🏇

And there was even a bit of local hospitality on screen, with one of our pubs, the Red Lion Brinkley , getting in on the action too! 🍻

Fantastic coverage for Newmarket, the National Horseracing Museum and our local businesses – putting our wonderful town firmly in the spotlight.

Missed it? Definitely one to catch on catch-up! 👀📺

From the college kitchen to the Cookery Theatre 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

At 11.30am, students from the Culinary Arts Academy at West Suffolk College will showcase the next generation of local culinary talent at Newmarket Sausage Festival.

Led by Stuart Ascott, the Academy gives students valuable hands-on experience at Edmunds Restaurant the College’s public restaurant, where they help prepare and deliver lunch and evening services throughout the week.

The students joining us have already completed their Level 1 course and are beginning their VRQ2 Professional Cookery course. During their demonstration, they will showcase the art of fresh pasta making by creating sausage cappelletti served with confit tomato and basil pesto.
