A little look back at a fantastic day at Waveney River Centre! 🎉

A couple of weeks ago, we welcomed everyone to our Family Fun & Open Day, and what a day it was!

There were plenty of smiles, from the kids enjoying the bouncy castle to everyone tucking into a delicious BBQ, followed by an afternoon of live entertainment from the fabulous Ellie Foulger.

There were also plenty of prizes to be won, including one very lucky winner who took home a FREE holiday at Waveney River Centre! But one of our favourite parts of the day was raising an amazing £225 for Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve. 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, entered the raffle, enjoyed the day and helped make it so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Family Fun & Open Day, despite the rain!

The weather may not have been on our side, but it was lovely to see people still coming along and making the most of the day.

A special thank you to the Broadlands team and the team at Moss & Co Broadlands for all their hard work in making the event happen, adapting the plans and bringing the food and entertainment indoors.

And of course, thank you to everyone who braved the weather and joined us, we really appreciate you being there!

The Clacton Airshow is back on 27th & 28th August, with two days of incredible displays taking place along the coast.

If you’re staying at Saddlebrook Chase Caravan Park, keep an eye on the skies; you may be able to catch some of the action from around the area! 👀✈️
