High Point Holidays is an independent tour operator specialising in guided walking holidays and self guided or independent walking holidays in Europe, mainly in France and Great Britain. The range of walking holidays has as its core, personally developed unique walking routes. The holidays have been expanded every year through this approach as well as strategic partnerships where local businesses meet our expectations for provision of walking holidays. For example the following were added in 2017:
• A self-guided holiday walking in Lyon’s Beautiful Secluded Hills
• An independent W**e Trail in the Cote du Rhone
• A flexible self-guided Baronnies Explorer
• A wonderful trek through the High Pyrenees: Traversing the Pyrenees National Park

During this one-hour workshop, you get to build your own Harris Tweed® bag. First, you choose your own bag shape, going from small purses, satchels, backpacks to washbags. Then, it is up to you to choose which colors you want to make your bag.
You get to pick the main body of the bag, the cover from their wide collection of genuine Harris Tweed® cloth, and the straps to finish it up nicely!

You can really make it to your own taste, crafting a bag that is unique to you and that you will get to take home!

The Islander UK team will not only guide you into each step to build your own Harris Tweed® bag, but they will also explain the history and heritage behind the Harris Tweed® and the craft behind your bag.

International Dog Day !

Today, we're celebrating some of the four-legged members of the High Point Holidays family.

Many of our team members share their love for travel, nature and the outdoors with their loyal companions, and we thought this was the perfect opportunity to introduce a few of them.

Whether it's hiking through the countryside, exploring new trails, enjoying a beach walk or simply joining us for a well-deserved break, these dogs are often part of the adventure.
