We are currently receiving a lot of calls from customer who are due to travel in the next few months.

These calls are due to the miss-guided information from local and national news/media/tabloids.

We all know from experience (not just travel related) that the news and and newspapers like to use a version of the truth that gets them more views and social media hits and newspaper sales.

As an industry, we can never guarantee that travellers will never have a flight cancellation or delay but this can and does happen on a daily basis throughout the world for multiple different reason, yet you never see the news shouting about it and trying to scare people.

This is a recent statement from ABTA saying exactly what we have been telling our customers.

We and you trust ABTA and we are asking you to trust what we tell you, rather than listening to stretched out "truths" in the press.

As a travel agency, we have built our success with honesty and we would not change that now. We would never lie to anybody and will always give any advice that is best for you and not for us.
