🚲✨ NEW TOUR: Olde Worlde England – A West Country Cycling Adventure
We’re delighted to introduce our newest cycling adventure: Olde Worlde England — a journey through the historic heart of the West Country, linking some of southern England’s most beautiful landscapes, towns and landmarks.
Over 261 miles / 420km, we’ll ride from Bristol and Bath through the Cotswolds, North Wessex Downs, Salisbury, Cranborne Chase and Somerset, with a wonderfully varied mix of quiet country lanes, rolling hills, traffic-free paths and cycleways.
And there’s plenty to stop and see along the way…
🏛️ Discover the Georgian splendour and Roman heritage of Bath
🌿 Ride through the golden-stone villages of the Cotswolds, including picture-perfect Castle Combe
🪨 Explore the prehistoric landscape of Stonehenge
⛪ Finish a day beneath the magnificent spire of Salisbury Cathedral
🌳 Pedal through the magnificent parkland of Longleat
⛰️ Climb Glastonbury Tor and explore the atmospheric town below
🌾 Cross the distinctive landscapes of the Somerset Levels
🧀 Finish with a spectacular ride through Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills
With most days around 30–37 miles and plenty of time to stop for coffee, lunch and exploring, this is as much about discovering the West Country as it is about the cycling.
Think golden villages, ancient monuments, rolling chalk downs, historic towns, quiet lanes and some seriously beautiful riding 🚲
