As many of you know here at DCT our vehicles are not new BUT... they are looked after as if they are. Here you see Dawn, Sybil, Jenny and George clean inside and out resting for their next journeys.

We have recently (with thanks to our friends at Suffolk Insignia) invested in new uniforms for our staff so they look their best! Being the first person you see best impressions are important to us.

Two out four vehicles below (others booked in) are now fitted with AIR (Accessible Information Regulation) this will be in place on the DB1 shortly making our service accessible to all.

Best foot forward for the vehicles and drivers. Helping DCT strive to provide the best service we can for the DB1 😃

Please NOTE we have noticed a mistake on bus times. The 18.15 Bury St Edmunds to Stowmarket is set DOWN only from Bedingfeld Way Moreton Hall at 18.25 onwards. We will speak to scc tomorrow to update it 🚌

Evening everyone,

As announced with our timetable change, there will also be a fare change coming into effect from 1st June. This isn’t something we wanted to do, but with recent sky-high fuel cost increases and not increasing since we started in July 2024 we can no longer absorb the extra costs.

We have restructured some areas and tried to make it as fair as possible for everyone. Some student fares have remained unchanged, while others have seen an increase on return fares as they were previously too low.

Please see below Bury St Edmunds to Stowmarket direction. Anyone travelling in between these areas, please send us a Facebook message or email us at [email protected].

As you can imagine, this is not a decision we have taken lightly, and we thank you for your understanding.
