The tea caddy all stacked up for our next guests

We try and use local products if possible and this is Miles Tea and Coffee from Minehead on the coast

With the sun beaming what could be better than a cuppa in the chairs looking over that amazing view

If you're visiting Knightshayes and feeling energetic, The Lost Kitchen is walkable from the estate, and well worth the extra steps.

Set in a beautifully restored barn in the nearby hamlet of Chettiscombe, it serves seasonal wood-fired food using the best of Devon and the South West. Lovely atmosphere, wooden tables, views across the countryside, and from personal experience... very good pizzas and breakfasts!

The kind of place that feels like a proper find. Worth building a whole day around honestly.
Booking highly recommended, this place is unsurprisingly super popular!

Our lovely new oven fitted and ready for use for today’s arrivals

It’s a tad windy up at the bus but so cosy and warm inside

We have availability next week should anyone want a break away from everything and a real switch off

What a beautiful few days it’s been ☀️☀️

The bluebells are out and the gorse on the moors to make for a fabulous walk on Exmoor

The solar is at max power and our new oven is fitted already to welcome our next set of guests
