Not only taking your reservations but ensuring you have valid passports, advising on the necessary visa/entry requirements, from pre-allocating seats, making the necessary arrangements for special needs passengers, GHIC/EHIC cards are valid, arranging USA ESTAS applications, contacting hotels, airlines with any special requests and much more!
