Good Evening,
We are kindly looking for the following for a sports event:

8 ,GD6 4x4 Hilux Toyota double cab bakkies with insurance and canopies, to be transporting material and staff members between Swakopmund, Walvisbay and the Namib Nauklift park Sandwich Harbour area . Vehicles will be driven by our drivers and will not cover more then 100 km per day.

Vehicles will be needed from 26 April 2026 to 30 April 2026

Vehicles should be in Walvisbay on 25th April 2026 at 09h00 and they can be picked up on 30th April at 17h00.

The rate is N$1300.00 per day, price rate based on budget so it's non negotiable.

Meals catered per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

• Professional tour guide and assistants
• Recovery gear (for onsite recovery only)
• Two-way radios for communication between all vehicles
• Communal camping equipment (catering)

Excluded

• 4x4 Vehicle in good condition with relevant sand-driving tyres and wheel sizes (no tubes in tyres). Get in touch if you have questions.
• Vehicles require suitable recovery points front and back.
• Tool kit and jack specific to your vehicle.
• Spare fan belt, lubricants and fluids for your vehicle.
• A tyre pressure gauge and electrical tyre pump.
• A minimum of 220 liters of fuel for petrol vehicles and 180 liters of fuel for diesel vehicles.
• Every vehicle is required to supply the kitchen with 20 liters of fresh drinking water. This does not include water for personal use, showering etc.
• Two large bags (30kg+) of firewood for the communal fire & kitchen.
• Your own tents, chairs, and bedding.
• Your own eating utensils (plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery).
