Did you know there’s a kudu in the NAPHA logo? 🦌

The kudu head in half-profile has been part of NAPHA’s identity since its early days. It was originally designed by Mr. D. Aschenborn, who created the artwork free of charge and retained the copyright.

But the emblem is more than just a logo. It represents membership, professionalism and Namibia’s hunting heritage, and has long helped clients recognise qualified professional hunters and hunting guides associated with NAPHA.

Today, the kudu remains a proud and recognisable part of NAPHA’s identity and the heritage it represents.

🐾 World African Wild Dog Day

Did you know? African wild dogs have one of the highest hunting success rates among Africa’s large predators and are known for their incredible teamwork and strong social bonds.

Sadly, they are also one of Africa’s most endangered carnivores, facing threats such as habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict and disease.

Today, we celebrate this remarkable species and the importance of protecting Africa’s wildlife and wild spaces.
