Big news for South Island skiers and snowboarders. ❄️🇯🇵

Air New Zealand has announced direct flights from Christchurch to Tokyo Narita from late 2026, meaning no more Auckland connection on your way to Japan. Less travel time, lower costs, and a much easier journey to the snow.

From Hakuba and Nozawa to Niseko and Furano, Japan just became even more accessible for South Island travellers. 🏔️🎿
