Niรฑo de Cebu Feast Cycle. This 3 day workshop was held in three different venues - the Rizal Memorial Library & Museum, the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niรฑo de Cebu and the Kabilin Center.

Project Director Dr. Lyra Gonzales welcomed a distinguished array of speakers to this forum which included Dr. Ivan Henares, the Secretary General of the Unesco National Commission of the Philippines.
