Surya is 32x8ft with a queen bedroom on the main level (no lofts) and a sliding glass door to the backyard, a living room with full size couch (even pulls out to a full size bed) & TV, kitchen with a 4 burner range, apartment fridge, and storage space. The bathroom in this unit features a beautiful stand alone tub, but the model can also come with a standard tub or shower. Add a front and back porch for some outdoor living space and its complete!

Honestly, I could live here and never need anything more!

Surya makes for a perfect little home, guest house, or short or long term rental unit.

We’ve been silent.

We were taking the time to reflect, like many of you, because for months coming onto this platform we saw tragedies, natural disasters, wars, people losing their homes, anxiety over the safety and security of our country - grief, pain, loss.

It felt out-of-integrity to post…anything. Anything that did not speak to the grief of the greater community. We were reflecting on how we want to show up in that conversation, and if we have anything of value to add to it.

We felt torn between wanting to make a difference, and wanting to take a step back to create space for those whose stories needed to be shared. Taking up space and creating more online noise did not feel right.

What we realized in that silence is that what is important right now is not distractions with beautiful photos, unique getaways, or selling solutions in the form of tiny houses to customers that may need them.

What is important right now is authentic and deep community.

Community - connection with our neighbors (online and in person) - that is what our culture has been missing for so long, and that is the stronghold that will get us through these seemingly dark times.

We don’t have all the answers, but we believe in the power of transformation. Change is not easy, but it begins here.

We believe in the power of getting back to our roots and identifying what it looks like to live a life of true meaning and purpose.

We are here to keep showing up for what matters: Real lives, real stories, real transformations.

Happy New Year!! Now is the time to Get Simple!

We build five tiny home models ranging in price from $30,000 - $65,000 plus tax and delivery. They are available either in current inventory off the lot or you can place an order. Delivery available nationwide for a fee.

Our models start at 20x8 foot and go to 32x10 with multiple layout options including bedrooms on the main level as well as loft bedrooms. We have queen and king sized lofts or no lofts. The tiny homes sleep 2-5 people and all tiny homes include a bathroom with shower or tub, flush toilet, and sink, a kitchen with built in cabinets, butcher block counter tops, stainless steel sinks, electric cooktop stoves and refrigerators (various sizes).

The tiny homes are designed and built with standard home materials for a high quality and durable build. The trailers are all DOT approved double axle trailers (10k or 14k lb axles).

Tiny Home Placement is a major topic!!

We are seeing the need for tiny home placement consulting services to help tiny home dwellers (and wanna-be dwellers!!) find somewhere to live in their tiny home.

The codes for tiny home living are progressing quickly and can be very difficult to navigate! Because they are not yet regulated on a national level, it is up to every individual state, county, and city to define and classify tiny homes on wheels / movable tiny homes and to decide if/how/where they will be used.

On top of that, they are such a new topic, that if you call to inquire with local governments, many of the gov officials will turn you away without even really knowing or understanding what it is you are asking.

We want to help. After 4 years of learning and navigating tiny home placement codes and dealing with various local governments on the issue as well as connecting with various tiny home industry experts, we have figured out how to navigate the scene.

We are starting close to home, in Florida, by compiling a list of Florida counties and comprehensive data on where/how/if tiny homes are allowed in those counties. This list will include information such as:
•what type of zoning allows for tiny homes
•can the THOW be used as a permanent residence or an accessory dwelling
•can they be rented out to use as income
•where to find the permits to apply
•who to speak to in the office about placing your tiny home
•what type of codes do the tiny homes have to meet
•what documentation is needed

This resource will be specifically geared towards tiny homes on wheels, however if we acquire information about site built tiny homes along the way we will include that as well.

We believe tiny homes are the future and a major solution to affordable housing issues that many face today.
