The **Hot Sizzlers** team has successfully summited one of the most beautiful mountains in the world — AMA DABLAM (6,812 m)! Congratulations to the entire team!

On October 28 at 7:00 AM, we stood on the summit — and descended to Base Camp on the very same day!

We were out of contact for a couple of days, but everything went according to our plan:

**October 26:** We climbed to Camp 1. Thanks to our acclimatization, the ascent was much easier, and we completed the climb in just 6 hours. We arrived before dark, while it was still warm.

**October 27:** We headed straight for Camp 3, bypassing Camp 2. It was a long day: with all the queues on the way to Camp 3, it took us around 9 hours. The route included a ridge traverse, several steep rock walls, and the famous Yellow Tower section.

We met Artem Rostovtsev and Ratmir Mukhametzyanov’s team on their way down from the summit. Our heroes!

We reached Camp 3 at around 5:00 PM. The mountain treated us to a spectacular sunset, which we took as a good sign.

We settled into our tents, had dinner, and set our summit departure time for 2:00 AM.

**October 28:** The final 400 vertical meters to the summit — but what a 400 meters! The climb was steep right from the camp, with icy sections along the way. It was far from easy, but we made it!

At 7:00 AM, our team stood on the summit! The views were incredible, especially the sight of Everest.

We decided to make an effort to descend all the way to Base Camp that same day. Everyone was exhausted from the cold, and it had been an incredibly long and demanding day. But we did it!

Everyone is tired, but happy. Congratulations to all our climbers on this fantastic achievement!

The weather is deteriorating, but we still managed to fly to Kathmandu this morning.

Our expedition is coming to an end. In just two weeks, we went from the start of the program on October 14 to the summit of Ama Dablam on October 28.

🏔 22 CLIMBERS FROM THE 7 SUMMITS CLUB EXPEDITION REACHED THE SUMMIT OF AMA DABLAM!

Ama Dablam (6,812 m) is one of the most beautiful and technically challenging peaks in the Himalayas — a dream mountain for climbers around the world!

On October 27 and 28, 22 members of the 7 Summits Club expedition, including our Sherpa team, successfully reached the summit!

Behind this achievement are months of preparation, a demanding route, exceptional guides, and incredible teamwork.

🔥 Congratulations to every climber, our outstanding guides, and the Sherpa team! You turned a dream into reality!

Nepal. Ama Dablam. The Hot Sizzlers team spent a full rest day at Ama Dablam Base Camp.

In the morning, we took part in a major puja ceremony and received blessings for our climb.

We saw off the teams led by Artem Rostovtsev and Ratmir Mukhametzyanov as they headed higher up the mountain. We’ll meet up with them again further along the route.

Today was all about catching up on sleep, eating well, showering, and enjoying a few spa rituals.

The weather has forced us to adjust our plans, so tomorrow we’re heading up again.

Our climbing schedule:

26 October — Camp 1
27 October — Camp 3
28 October — Summit attempt and descent to Camp 1
29 October — Return to Base Camp

Nepal. Ama Dablam. The Hot Sizzlers team has completed its acclimatization cycle and descended to Ama Dablam Base Camp.

A big Himalayan hello to everyone! After two days of active acclimatization, we’re back in touch!

Yesterday was our move from Base Camp to Camp 1, which took us 8 hours. Our camp was located at an altitude of 5,800 m, and we gained 1,300 m in elevation. It wasn’t easy: some sections of the ascent were long and exhausting, but everyone made it!

We’d especially like to highlight the determination of our girls, Darya and Dilyara. Despite feeling weak and unwell due to a cold, they kept going at their own pace and made it all the way to camp!

We arrived at our tents just as the sun was setting, with breathtaking views of our summit glowing in the evening light.

From Camp 1 onward, the route follows fixed ropes. Even getting to the toilet from Camp 1 requires using them, as the camp is perched right on the edge of the slope. That’s mountain romance for you!

This morning, after breakfast, we climbed 200 m higher toward Camp 2 and experienced firsthand what jumaring at 6,000 m feels like. It’s questionable whether you could call it enjoyable, but we did it! In any case, we now have a much better idea of what awaits us higher up.

By 3:00 PM, we had descended back to Base Camp, and the chicken soup at our lodge tasted absolutely wonderful!

Today, we met up with the teams led by Artem Rostovtsev and Ratmir Mukhametzyanov. Tomorrow morning, we’ll take part in a puja ceremony together.

The weather is forcing us to adjust our plans, but more on that tomorrow. For now, we’re resting and recovering our strength.

Nepal. Ama Dablam. Namaste from the “Going for the Summit” team!

Yesterday, we had to leave the beautiful Rivendell Lodge. That was the plan. We needed to gain another 800 vertical meters and reach Ama Dablam Base Camp.

Stunning mountain views accompanied us all the way. There was simply no escaping them!

After our first night at Base Camp, nobody complained about the altitude — suspicious!

Nepal. Ama Dablam. Hello from the **Hot Sizzlers** team!

Today, after our morning warm-up and breakfast, we walked to Base Camp, where we decided to have another rock-climbing training session. We practiced ascending and descending fixed ropes and refreshed our knowledge of several variations of the UIAA knot. We’re ready to head higher!

After lunch, we focused on preparations for tomorrow: selecting the necessary gear and clothing, packing our high-altitude food bags, and meeting the Sherpa team that will accompany us on the climb.

According to plan, we’ll set off for Camp 1 at 5,600 m tomorrow morning. Early the following day, we’ll aim to reach Camp 2 at 6,100 m before returning to Base Camp.

The **Hot Sizzlers** team is actively acclimatizing at Ama Dablam Base Camp.

Every morning starts with a warm-up led by Alexey Lonchinsky. Now we get to do it with views of Ama Dablam and Taboche!

After breakfast, we adjusted our crampons to fit our high-altitude boots, put on our harnesses, and our Masters of Sport led a climbing session on the rocks. We practiced skills that will come in handy during the summit push.

After lunch, we took a walk to Base Camp and stopped by a coffee shop.

The evening was all about songs around the guitar and board games.

Tomorrow, we’re planning to train at a different location and get ready to head higher.

🇳🇵 Greetings from Nepal from the “Let’s Get That Summit!” team!

We unanimously declared today a day for admiring the beauty around us. Of course, to enjoy those views, we first had to climb quite a bit uphill — but that fitted perfectly with our plans.

We had no intention of leaving Namche Bazaar today. When it comes to acclimatizing to high altitudes, rushing is not only unnecessary but can sometimes be harmful.

So we set off for a walk to Everest View Hotel, taking in a whole collection of magnificent mountain views along the way. The sunny weather was on our side: the mountains revealed themselves in all their glory, without any waiting or persuasion.

We paid special attention to our main objective — the beautiful Ama Dablam. We studied it carefully, mentally mapped out our upcoming climbing route, and came to the conclusion that the mountain is undoubtedly magnificent. Although, admittedly, it is a little on the tall side!

Now we’re eager to share today’s views with you. Enjoy! Unlike us, you won’t even have to get up from your armchair to admire them.

Dear 7 Summits Club, greetings from the “Let’s Get That Summit!” team in Namche Bazaar (3,400 m).

This is the capital of the wonderful Sherpa people. No high-altitude expedition would be complete without them. They are also providing us with invaluable help on our expedition!

Today, we had a long trek from Phakding (2,600 m). We took our time, looking after ourselves, admiring the scenery, and enjoying each other’s company. At this relaxed pace, we hardly even notice the elevation gain.

We’ll spend two nights in Namche Bazaar. Tomorrow, we’ll hike a little higher to enjoy closer views of the famous, majestic peaks. We should also get a glimpse of our goal — Ama Dablam!

Hello everyone from Ama Dablam Base Camp! Greetings from the “Hot Sizzlers” team!

Today, we enjoyed a beautiful trek from Debuche to Base Camp. We had stunning views of Ama Dablam all along the way, and with each passing day, the mountain gets closer!

For the first part of the trek, we followed the trail leading to Everest Base Camp. Then we turned right, and just 2.5 hours later, we arrived at our camp.

We checked into a lodge located just a 10–15-minute walk from the main base camp. It will be our home for the next few days.

The lodge offers everything our climbers need to stay comfortable: satellite internet, a warm dining room, delicious food, and hot showers.

After lunch, we went for a walk to the tented camps, where we came across a whole flock of Himalayan snowcocks — large mountain birds.

And today, we also celebrated the birthday of our team member, Yulia Fedorova! We wish her all her heart’s desires come true and all the very best!

We are currently at an altitude of 4,500 metres, where we plan to spend two full days.
