Medieval villages, grand castles, city squares with cafes and markets, narrow str

🎨 Walk in Van Gogh’s Footsteps in the South of France 🇫🇷

What if you could walk into the landscapes that inspired some of Vincent van Gogh’s most unforgettable paintings?

On our South of France tour, we’ll take you to two places deeply connected to Van Gogh’s life and art:

🌻 Arles — where Van Gogh arrived in 1888 and found inspiration in the brilliant light, colors, landscapes, and everyday scenes of Provence. Wander the streets and places that became the subjects of some of his most iconic works.

🌿 Saint-Paul-de-Mausole — where Van Gogh spent a pivotal year of his life at the asylum, creating more than 100 paintings and drawings inspired by the surrounding countryside, olive groves, and Provençal landscapes.

It’s a chance to see Provence through Van Gogh’s eyes — golden fields, ancient villages, cypress trees, brilliant blue skies, and that extraordinary Mediterranean light that captivated him.

✨ Come experience the places that inspired the paintings — and discover the beauty that continues to inspire travelers today.

Join us in the South of France and follow in Van Gogh’s footsteps. 🎨🇫🇷.

A favorite stop on our 8-day South of France tour: Les Baux-de-Provence! 🏰 ✨
We take time to explore this medieval citadel perched high in the Alpilles hills. Breathtaking valley views, ancient castle ruins, charming lavender-scented shops --this historic Provençal village is pure poetry in stone. After a guided visit of the history of the site, we give you plenty of free time to climb the ruins or meander in the shops. Then a hearty lunch together in a local restaurant.
Have you ever explored a village carved right into the rock face? Drop your favorite French hideaway in the comments! 👇🇫🇷

Christophe, guiding our groups on the D-Day beaches in Normandy.

Longues-sur-Mer is one of the best-preserved German coastal artillery batteries in Normandy. Here's he's with the group in front of a large concrete casemate with a naval gun still mounted inside.

Christophe is a great storyteller and avid historian of all that is WWII. Join us on tour to hear the stories.
