Just booked!! Can't wait for this family to celebrate a special birthday at The Happiest Place on Earth while staying at Pixar Place Hotel! This hotel is full of magical touches and is walking distance to the parks making it a great choice for trips to Disneyland!

Guess what time it is!?! Epcot International Food & Wine Festival time!! One of my favorite times of the yean and I cannot wait to try the new festival treats in a few weeks! Here is one of my all-time favorites- the griddled cheese from Greece! I probably share this photo every year.....but it's so good it deserves to be featured!

This festival starts today and runs through November 22nd!
