THERAPY DOG CLASS
Saturday, June 7, 2025
9 am – 12 pm

 Would you like to know more about therapy dogs and what
therapy dog teams do?
 Would you like to know if you and your dog would make a good
therapy dog team?
 Would you like to know about the process to become a certified
therapy dog team?

If you answered “YES” to these questions, please join us for a three
hour therapy dog class to learn more about becoming a therapy dog team.

Paul Jensen, Alliance of Therapy Dog (ATD) evaluator and member and Barbara Baird, ATD member, will share their knowledge and experience as therapy dog teams.

The class cost is $30. TCKC members may use vouchers.
Potential therapy dogs are welcome, but must be crated. A dog’s
completion of Life Skills 3 or a CGC designation is preferred.

Don't forget to sign up for the TCKC CWAGS Scentwork trial on May 17th! This is my 1st time being a Trial Chairperson and I would love to see all my sniffing friends and spend the day with them.

We are offering all levels and will have lunch available, gift card raffle, Photo Op booth and pup cups for your sniffing partners.

We still have some openings available in our next class session in our K9 Life Skills 1 class on Monday @ 7:30pm and our K9 Life Skills 1 class on Tuesday @ 6:30pm.

The K9 Life Skills 1 class is for dogs 6 months or older. Please contact our registration coordinator at [email protected] if you are interested.
