Dan (the coffee man!) got this video of us last week taking care of finishing touches.
We are ready for our first trip boarding today!

We're dotting our I's and crossing our T's! It's almost time to get out on the water.

The Lewis R. French, America’s Oldest Schooner- Good morning from the Coast of Maine. It’s raining. I took this shot yesterday afternoon of Captain Becky, Nathan, and crew tugging, lifting, and pulling to get the boom and gaff into position. So many lines(ropes), so interesting to watch. Just a few more weeks before the season begins!

How is everyone? Today is definitely Saturday and with all this rain I’m definitely in a relax and drink coffee mood. There are several orders to fill which will most certainly be ready for the post office!

Enjoy the day my friends and have a safe and peaceful weekend.- Dan

The Lewis R. French, America’s Oldest Schooner- Good morning from the Coast of Maine. Just another day at the office. That is Nathen on the right and one of the crew on the left, stepping the fore topmast. Captain Becky is below keeping a watchful eye and sending up items needed to complete the task. This is so interesting to watch, step by step, lines everywhere.

How is everyone? It was very foggy again this morning but the sun is breaking through! I just might get my bike out today. Komodo Dragon seems to be my coffee of choice these days. An exceptional cup of coffee.

Enjoy the day my friends and have a thankful Thursday.- Dan
