FARM STAND RULEMAKING UPDATE – July 25, 2025

The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) has announced a pause in the current Farm Stand Rulemaking process, following a directive from Governor Kotek. This pause allows DLCD to reassess next steps.
