After months of heat that kept everyone indoors, October flips the switch.
Temperatures settle into the 80s during the day and dip cool enough in the evenings to actually sit outside, which means rooftop dinners, patio cocktails, and long walks through Old Town without melting.
This month also brings Canal Convergence to the Scottsdale Waterfront. 10 nights of large-scale public art, live music, and light installations inspired by the desert landscape.
Add the Scottsdale Fall Festival on Oct. 17 (bigger footprint than ever this year), and the Scottsdale W**e Trail for good measure.
