can’t recall the last time I jumped in the water with clothes on. something about the “idgaf energy” feels liberating. typically I’m more of a naked-in-nature type o’ gal but ironically I felt more exposed, independent, and free while trashing this dress.

Last week I turned 31☀️🦀 Watched a stunning sunset with the girls. Enjoyed a musical night with my band. Indulged in multiple forms of cheese (my favorite). Laughed until I cried. Cried until I laughed. Life feels grand and my heart remains thankful.

Swamp Gals❤︎ Traversing this hike with horticulturists/farmers/plant nerds taught me so much more about the ‘āina than I could’ve expected! To photograph these girls in their natural element was such a pleasure for us all. I love capturing humans experiencing the world and themselves in it.
