Four resorts. Two Destination Inclusive experiences. Several very important meals. One beautiful country.

This week, I’m heading to Cancún and the Riviera Maya for an intensive Meliá familiarization trip—not simply to see beautiful resorts, but to understand how each one actually feels.

I’ll be staying at Paradisus Cancún and Paradisus La Perla, while also inspecting Meliá Casa Maya and Paradisus Playa del Carmen.

I’ll be looking closely at the rooms, restaurants, beaches, service, upgrade options and those small details that determine whether a resort is right for a particular traveler.
