Instigator Fishing & Diving Charters We operate a 45' Viking, a 37' Topaz and a 36' Topaz for our SCUBA diving charters AND a 31' Contender Center Console for all fishing & freediving charters.

We are a SMALL business ran by two FT employees and a handful of PT employees. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
To confirm a seat on the boat, you must pay in full or reserve with a credit card. (We accept Venmo, CashApp and PayPal). You have UP TO SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO your departure date to cancel and receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. IF YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN THE SEVEN DAY WINDOW, YO

What a BEA-U-TIFUL day it turned out to be! There were quite a few boats that stayed in their slips and on their trailers today because they were not sure about the weather. Well..... Instigator had no fear in believing what Steve had to forecast. SkeeterCast was on point for today!!!! We made it 60 miles out of Bogue Inlet, to the Inshore MegLedge with no troubles. We had three spectacular dives and are on our way home, now. Absolutely EVERYTHING that we needed to know as far as our offshore weather was to be forecasted, Skeeter Cast had it correct (and still does). this is one thing I can definitely stand behind and feel confident about it.
