These new loft residential spaces will be available in November! 🗓️🌇

Hicks Block could have been another piece of Downtown Kingsport’s history lost to demolition. Instead, someone saw what it could become and made the decision to bring that vision to life.

Today, those same walls hold six extraordinary lofts, where original brick, historic architecture, and modern design come together in spaces unlike anything else downtown.

Projects like this are about so much more than renovating a building. They’re about believing in a community, preserving its character, and investing in its future.

The fun part? Dreaming up everything a property could become. 🤎

The hard part? Deciding what actually makes sense. 😂

We’re in the early planning stages of a new client project, and this one has SO much potential! Incredible views, beautiful architectural features, and plenty of room for families to make memories.

Right now, we’re working through budgets, design layouts, renovations, and amenities. What’s a must-have? What’s a nice-to-have? And what can we save for phase two?

It’s one of the most time-consuming parts of what we do, but also one of the most important.

Our goal isn’t to spend every dollar of a client’s budget. It’s to help them invest those dollars wisely while creating the guest experience Peaceful Peak is known for.

Because behind every beautiful vacation rental should be a thoughtful business plan.

Happy Thursday, friends! 🤎

I’ve found that when I’m feeling anxious or overwhelmed, one of the simplest things I can do is slow down and really pay attention to what’s around me.

The way the sunlight hits the trees. Your best friend’s smile. The way your dog looks at you. The changing leaves. A beautiful sunset. The flicker of a fire.

Just the little things we walk past every day without giving them much thought.

So here’s my little challenge for you today. Find ONE thing that makes you stop for a second. Really look at it. Take a mental picture and carry it with you throughout the day.

Sometimes slowing down and noticing what’s right in front of us is exactly what we need. 🤎

The Vols beat Bama, the burgers were top notch, and we had a private room full of people to celebrate with. Pretty hard to beat that Saturday. 🧡🏈

We used the private room at High Voltage in downtown Kingsport for our UT football gathering, and it was the perfect place to cheer, eat, and get a little loud. GO VOLS!

A big shoutout to Smash Tri Cities for bringing their local flavor to downtown! Those smash burgers deserve a celebration of their own. Be sure to follow them to see where they’re serving next.

Six unique lofts. A historic downtown building. And a next chapter we’re so excited to share.

Hicks Block in Downtown Kingsport is almost complete, and we’re now scheduling private tours.

Beautifully restored transom windows, soaring ceilings, and oversized windows bring light and character into these lofts, where modern finishes complement the building’s historic architecture. Each of the six units has its own layout, personality, and details worth seeing in person. The communal rooftop patio is the perfect final addition for our tenants to have the the convenience of enjoying the outdoors without having to leave home.

This building has overcome a lot to get here. The care, determination, and love poured into bringing it back to life show in every corner. We can’t wait for you to step inside.
