At Poipu Beach, our three 2 bedroom, 2 bath Alihi Lani homes are oceanfront with a spectacular ocean view from Living Room, large covered lanai, and bedroom. These units comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 or 2 small children. Next door

at Poipu Kapili, #22 is very spacious 1 bedroom/2 bathroom homes which also sleep four comfortably. Our property at Sand Dollar Beach near Santa Cruz is directly on the beach. Take stairs from the downstairs bedrooms and you're on the sand. This are 3 level homes are 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a bonus room - sleeping 6-8 people. These properties are privately owned and managed, so you get the benefit of dealing directly with the owner. We been providing fabulous oceanfront vacation properties to our guests since 2000.

Not that I really care about what random Air bnb criteria tells me how I'm doing, but I found this to be fascinating all the same. 5 stars. 100% response, 0% cancellation - but NOPE sorry you aren't good enough to be a 'super' host. Wow what a hidden gem. Attention Bay Area friends and Sand Dollar beach goers. The Grille is right off the freeway but a world away at the Delavega Golf course. Upstairs views over golf course and out to the ocean. Menu is so diverse and still you recognize everything. French toast and pancakes served with real maple syrup. Most items locally sourced and fresh from the farms and ocean. Breakfast and lunch. Don’t miss it

Day 32 afternoon update! While on the plane heading home. Just a few hours before our guests arrive. The last detail of lights above the cabinets in and working. Now OFFICIALLY done! Come see it!! We have 2025 dates open!

Day 32. Job (almost) finished! Only upper cabinet lights not done. 🤷‍♂️. Just nearly a miracle on Kauai time to get done what we did. Big Mahalo to Jeff who coordinated it and especially Jason the cabinet wizard! Heading home after a night of respite at Kalapakī Marriott. Beautiful day hard to leave. But ready to go!

Day 28. (16th work day). Jeff filled in some gaps on the floor with caulking. Also too boring so here our latest orchids for guests arriving Thursday! Yes they are always real!!
