Hi, I’m Jen! I’m a travel planner who loves helping people make memories all over the world. When I’m not planning trips, I’m usually dreaming about my own next adventure.

A few favorites:
🏜️ Las Vegas for quick getaways and visits with my daughter. I’m heading back there in just a couple weeks-and yes, I literally just got home from there a few days ago 😀
☕ Seattle for the scenery, coffee, and nostalgia
🌮 Mexico for the beaches, food, and relaxation
🚢Cruising is my favorite because water is so soothing to me and I love waking up in a new destination each day

🌴 Punta Cana is about to get something NEW… and I got to see it before anyone else!

During my recent FAM trip with the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, I had the chance to walk through Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana before it even opens — and y’all, I am HERE for this resort! ✨

✨ Opening August 28, 2026 ✨

This one is adults-only and has a totally different energy than what most people picture when they think Punta Cana. It’s modern, stylish, and social — without going full party resort. Think great food, fun bars, gorgeous pools, and that “I don’t want to leave” kind of vibe. 🍹🎶🌊

Oh — and it’s super close to the airport, which is always a win! 📍

Here’s what I know about all-inclusive resorts… the best rates disappear FAST once a property opens and the buzz starts. 😅 If this one is on your radar, now is the time to look at it seriously.

There are some things at Walt Disney World that just have to be experienced to be believed — and the Pineapple Dole Whip Float is absolutely one of them. 🌊

That creamy, dreamy pineapple soft-serve floating on top of chilled pineapple juice? Pure magic in a cup. It’s sweet, it’s tangy, it’s refreshing, and honestly — it never gets old no matter how many times I’ve had one. 😍

One of my favorite spots to grab one is Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort — the tropical vibes there make it taste even better, if that’s even possible! 🌺 You don’t even have to be staying at the resort to stop by, so there’s zero excuse not to make it happen on your next trip!
