Looking for a double date idea in Nashville that’s a little different from the usual dinner and drinks? 👀

Grab another couple and head to Tee Line! 🥌✨

Yes, you can actually try curling in Nashville! How fun is that?! 😂 Whether you’ve watched it in the Olympics or have absolutely no idea what you’re doing, it’s a unique way to get everyone involved and bring out a little friendly competition!

💕 Here’s how I’d plan the double date:

If you’re planning a trip to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, don’t just plan where you’re going to eat… plan a little ENTERTAINMENT with your dinner! 👀🎭

One of the fun things about this area is all the dinner shows you can choose from! You get a meal AND a show, making it a great option for a date night, family outing, or just something different to do on your trip.

Some popular options include:
🏴‍☠️ Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show — Pirates, acrobatics, special effects, and an adventurous show!
🤠 Dolly Parton’s Stampede — Horses, incredible stunts, friendly competition, and a four-course feast.

❤️✈️ WE DIDN’T START TRAVELING TO BECOME INFLUENCERS…

We started traveling because we wanted to see new places, experience new things, make memories, and spend time together. 🌎❤️

We wanted to experience the magic of Disney, explore new destinations, try foods we’d never had before, and step outside of our everyday routines.

Somewhere along the way, we started sharing those experiences with YOU. 🥹

The good, the bad, the unexpected, the things we loved, and even the things we probably wouldn’t do again.

And that’s what Starr Bound Vacations is really about.

It’s not about having the perfect vacation or making every trip look picture-perfect. It’s about the experiences, the memories, the laughs, and the stories we bring home with us.

Vanilla ice cream, a brownie, and cookie dough all together? Yes, please! 😂

This is definitely one I’ll be getting again on my next trip.

😤✈️ HAPPY GROUCH DAY! And I have a vacation tip for you…

PACK YOUR PATIENCE PANTS. 😂

I know… you’re on vacation! You’re excited! You’ve been planning this trip for months!
But here’s the thing…

You’re probably going to wait in line.
You’re probably going to be surrounded by crowds.
Someone might stop directly in front of you. 😅
Something might not go according to plan.

And if you’ve packed your patience, those little annoyances don’t have to ruin your day.

Another BIG vacation tip:

DON’T OVERBOOK YOUR VACATION.

I know it’s tempting to try to squeeze EVERYTHING into one trip. But when you schedule every minute of every day, all it takes is one delayed flight, long line, bad weather, late meal, or unexpected problem to throw the whole day off.

Instead, try picking 2–3 things you REALLY want to do that day…

…and let the rest happen spontaneously! ✨

Maybe you discover a restaurant you didn’t plan on trying.
Maybe you find a hidden attraction.
Maybe you spend an extra hour enjoying something you absolutely loved.
Or maybe you just decide to sit down and enjoy the view for a little while. ❤️

A vacation doesn’t have to be perfectly planned to be a great vacation.

Leave yourself some breathing room, pack those patience pants, and remember…

🍰🍊 DESSERT DAY… and I just might get CANCELLED for this one. 😂

Let’s talk about the Grapefruit Cake at Hollywood Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios.

Before anyone comes for me…

I actually LIKE grapefruit. 😂🍊

I can eat grapefruit by itself, so I really thought I would enjoy this dessert.

But honestly, it just wasn’t for me.

Instead of being sweet, it was extremely tart and bland. I was only able to make it through one full bite. 😬

I really wanted to love it, but I just couldn’t.

And that’s why I love sharing honest food reviews. Not everything is going to be a favorite for everyone, and sometimes you have to try something yourself to know how you feel about it!

So now I need to know…

🍳🌴 LAS VEGAS FOODIE FIND: Hash House A Go Go!

If you’re in Las Vegas and looking for a meal that will actually fill you up, add Hash House A Go Go at The LINQ to your list!

I ordered the Chilaquiles, and they were amazing! The portion was VERY large, and I definitely couldn’t finish it all.

Jason got the Classic Buttermilk Flapjack, and that thing was HUGE. 😂🥞

The portions here are definitely giant, which can sometimes be hard to find while eating in Vegas. So if you’re hungry, this is a great spot to check out!

🌱🚜 HAPPY FARMERS DAY! 🚜🌱

Of course, I have to celebrate with Farmer Mickey! 🐭❤️

If you’re planning a Disney trip and looking for a fun character dining experience, add Garden Grill at EPCOT to your list!

You can enjoy your meal while Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale visit your table. And Mickey is dressed in his farmer gear! 👨‍🌾🐭

Garden Grill also rotates while you eat, giving you views of scenes from Living with the Land. 🌱

Disney, food, character visits, and a little agriculture all in one experience? Sounds like a pretty great combination to me! 😂

Sometimes you just need a GOOD bagel breakfast! 😍 And The Bagel Shop is one to add to your Nashville foodie list.
