A corner suite with floor-to-ceiling city views from the bedroom straight through to the bathroom. Yes, the bathroom. S/O Bangkok doesn’t do subtle, and honestly, neither should your next trip. Fair warning though: not the stay for anyone who’s not great with heights.

If a modern luxury Bangkok getaway is on your radar, let’s talk.

As we close out Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, I wanted to take a moment to (Re)introduce myself! I’m Trina, the boutique travel designer behind T is For Travel. I plan trips built around real experiences for people who are done leaving their travel to chance.

This work started long before it was a business. My first group trip was to France and Italy: flights, hotels, restaurants, day trips, all of it. One of the people on that trip is still a client today!

What I do isn’t about finding the cheapest option or handing you a generic itinerary. It’s about your time, your experience, and finding the right place for you, with someone in your corner the whole way.

If you’ve been thinking about your next trip, or you just don’t know where to start, that’s exactly what I’m here for.

Forget the crowds in Madrid and Barcelona. Make your way to Zaragoza instead.

Even as Spain’s 5th largest city, it manages to feel incredibly local and easy to get around. It has all the perks of a major city without the "big city" stress.

Nestled along the Ebro River, this city balances stunning architecture with an authentic local soul. Spend your morning at the UNESCO-listed Aljafería Palace, your afternoon exploring the Modernist Mercado Central, and your evening in El Tubo: the narrow alleys that house some of the best tapas in the country.

The highlight? A stop at Bar El Champi for the ‘Champi’, three perfectly grilled mushrooms, a secret garlic sauce, and a single shrimp. 10/10✨

Add Zaragoza to your Spain itinerary 🇪🇸 Save this for your next trip or DM me "SPAIN" to start planning your custom culinary escape. 🥂

POV: You found a quiet corner away from the hustle of the busiest city in Vietnam.

If you’re a sucker for that classic French-Vietnamese aesthetic, put The Bach Suites on your list. Basically a 1920s dreamscape; clean marble, moody wood, and a cool, modern soul.

The location is fantastic. It’s tucked right off the main roundabout at Turtle Lake (Hồ Con Rùa), so you’re steps away from the action, but it feels completely secluded once you’re inside.

Tip: Take a quick walk to a tiny neighborhood coffee gem, Cộng Cà Phê. It’s got a bit of a hidden staircase to reach it. Don’t turn back, it’s a great spot.

Tag someone who needs a Ho Chi Minh getaway or save this for your next trip to Vietnam! 🇻🇳

THE SUITE THAT CHANGES YOUR PLANS

Most people walk past this building without knowing what's inside. Hotel Casona del Colegio is a former colonial style home turned boutique luxury hotel sitting in the heart of the historic center, steps from the city walls and Getsemaní. That rooftop pool, those suites… yeah, this one's going in the group chat. 🇨🇴✨

Finding peace at Ocean Bay Resort & Spa. 🌊✨

If your love language is perfectly calm beaches and a golden hour that looks like a painting, this is your sign to skip the crowded tourist hubs and head to Phu Quoc’s sunset coast.

Think: Classic vietnamese architecture, private beach access, and the kind of quiet luxury that actually lets you unplug. 🥥🐚

POV: You found the stay you can’t stop thinking about. 🌿✨

Waking up to a sunrise over the Ubud jungle. From rooftop yoga flows to that iconic Japanese soaking tub, this boutique gem is the perfect mix of modern design and Balinese soul. It’s tucked away enough to feel like a secret, but only 15 minutes walk from the heart of town.

Thinking about Bali? This is your sign.
My full report for all the details coming soon! 🛖☕️

Step into a living canvas. 🇨🇴✨

Walking through the streets of Salento feels like stepping into a work of art. These vibrant, hand-painted doors are a hallmark of Antioquian architecture, traditionally crafted from local bamboo (guadua) and wood.
Originally, these bright palettes weren’t just for aesthetics; they were a symbol of family identity and pride within the coffee-growing community. Today, they stand as a colorful gateway to Colombia’s soul.
From the intricate carvings to the blooming bougainvillea, every corner tells a story of heritage in the heart of the Eje Cafetero. ☕️🌿

There is so much history woven into these colors. Which of these details captures your imagination the most?

LA's Newest Resident!

Los Ángeles, she’s finally here! 🚢 Where are my cruisers at?

I spent Monday at the Port of LA for the official kickoff of Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady. ⚓️ The West Coast just got a major upgrade: adults-only, sophisticated vibes, and a much more intimate feel than the mega-ships you might be used to.

The Scoop:
🍴 The Food: While the casual dining is solid and comparable to what you’d expect, the specialty restaurants are a serious step up. Dinner at The Test Kitchen was such a fun, experimental highlight! 🧪
🛌 The Rooms: From cozy retreats to high-end suites, there is a category for every type of traveler.
✨ The Vibe: It’s boutique luxury that finally feels accessible right here in LA.

Ready to sail from our own backyard? Reach out when you're ready to book your Virgin Voyages escape! 🥂✨
