Bert Perez was raised in Marathon, Florida—growing up in the community from daycare through his graduation at Marathon High School. Today, he’s proud to be building both his family and his business right here in the heart of the Keys. With deep local roots and a hands-on work ethic, Bert brings unmatched insight and dedication to every real estate transaction.
Together with his wife, Milly Perez, Bert operates KeysCations, a trusted vacation rental management company overseeing more than $50 million in properties across the Florida Keys. As the numbers expert behind the brand, he leads pricing strategy, performance forecasting, and rental analyses for current homeowners and prospective investors.
