Attention Friends!

Due to a recent uptick in fraudulent credit card transactions, we have had to implement a new policy for ticket pick up.

When picking up tickets, make sure to have a photo ID ready to show that matches the name on your reservation. This will also be the case for walk up customers to our ticket window.

Our customers financial security is of the utmost importance to us, so with that in mind, please bear with us during the check in process as we get used to our new policies ourselves!

An email will be sent to all passengers the day prior reminding them of this new procedure.

Well Mother Nature you got us this time.

Unfortunately due to damage sustained in last nights storms as well as unsafe river conditions, today’s cruises have been cancelled.

Emails are being sent to all of today’s passengers, and phone calls will be made to inform everyone!

Join HMI and Edelweiss Cruises for a Historic Narrated Boat Tour along the Milwaukee River, and out into the breakwaters!
