Mayor Cavalier Johnson has officially proclaimed October 18, 2026, THEATRE X DAY in the City of Milwaukee!

Born out of Peck School of the Arts, Theatre X pushed boundaries, challenged conventions and helped shape Milwaukee's theater scene through 180 productions, international tours and a legacy that continues to inspire artists today.

The company may have taken its final bow, but its impact is still center stage.

A special shoutout to Jeffery Mosser for championing Theatre X's legacy and helping bring this well-deserved recognition to one of Milwaukee's performing arts pioneers.

What a way to bring Milwaukee Theater Week to a close. Bravo, Theatre X! 👏
