Ok, how do we connect President’s Day with Wine events during The Nantucket Wine Festival. First, one President and three First Ladies have dined with us going back to “Lady Bird” Johnson. Second the second President of the United States was John Adams, a Massachusetts native, who traveled to France to sign The Treaty of Paris at the end of The American Revolution. Now French diplomats of a sort will be traveling to us to discuss and share their wines. A stretch… maybe but nonetheless these two events are not to be missed.
Starting on Friday May 16th with and celebrated wine maker Guillaume Marko, who will be at this Burgundy Wine Dinner to discuss the wines and history of this storied Domaine. Next, on Saturday May 17th at 12pm will be a true “Rose’ All Day” experience but at the highest level. Paul Chevalier will be with us to celebrate at the all Estate Wine Brunch.
