We customize your trip, free of mark-ups or fees for our direction and expertise. In 1932, the ladies of the local garden club opened their family homes to the public, initiating the first tour of its kind in America and igniting the spirit of historic preservation in our region. Then and now, all of our profits fund our preservation efforts. Since 1932, the descendants of that first tour, members
of the Natchez Garden Club and the Pilgrimage Garden Club, have preserved over 30 antebellum mansions, all of which are on the National Register of Historic Places and 12 of which are National Historic Landmarks. Natchez Pilgrimage Tours (NPT), an arm of these clubs, is the only full-service receptive tour operator in Natchez. We assist individuals as well as large and small groups in planning a Natchez visit, including house tours, interactive historical presentations, bed-and-breakfast lodging, hotels, meals, tour guides, evening entertainment, concerts, festivals, and more. We have tours any time of the year, and you can choose from three museum mansions: Longwood, Stanton Hall, and Rosalie, as well as seven antebellum homes. Join us for our yearly Spring and Fall Pilgrimages, when more than 25 homes will be open for tours. You don't want to miss the Pilgrimage in Natchez! You can contact Natchez Pilgrimage Tours by calling (601) 653-0919, email [email protected], or visit our website www.natchezpilgrimage.com for ticket and touring information.
