North Oklahoma City Bassmasters We are a draw for partner bass fishing club that fishes monthly tournaments from February to October

Our next meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday May 12 at 7 pm at the Johnnie's on West Britton just east of May Avenue. We will discuss our spring classic results and draw for our May 16th Carl Balckwell tournament.

Our second tournament of 2026 is this Saturday March 14 at Arbuckle Lake. Please be at the point ramp by 7 am and we will get started fishing around 730 am or safe light. We will fish until 3 pm. Three fish per person and you cannot catch your partner's fish. Minimum length on all large/small/spotted bass will be 12 inches.

Arbuckle has a national park ramp fee. There is a pay box at the ramp.

Please be sure and split costs on getting to the lake. As per our updated rules, it is recommended that the non-boater pay $40 for expenses for the day. Please be sure and have a conversation between partners to decide how to split expenses.

We held our 2025 Awards Banquet on Tuesday at Johnnie’s Charcoal Broiler on Britton Rd. It was a great night celebrating the past year and recognizing some well-deserved accomplishments.

Congratulations to our Member of the Year, Steve Weaver. From landing Big Bass of the Year to consistently attending meetings and tournaments, Steve’s dedication and involvement made a big impact on the club in 2025.

Richard Minyard also received recognition as our Angler of the Year. He was consistently near the top of the pack all season and still came out on top despite missing a tournament — an impressive run and well deserved.

Robert DeGraffenreid and Kurt Lang also received their trophies for winning the club championship at Keystone Lake. This marked Robert’s fifth club championship win in a row — an impressive run and a tough streak to beat.

Thanks to everyone who came out and helped make the banquet a great night. Our next meeting will be on February 17th at 7:00 PM at Johnnie’s Charcoal Broiler on Britton Rd. If you’re interested in joining a fishing club and getting out on the water once a month, feel free to stop by and check us out.

Our membership is open to any boaters or non-boaters. You don't have to own a boat to be a member of our club. Our schedule will be out soon pending permits. Our first tournament will be in February 2026. We are a low entry fee bass club tgat pairs boaters with non-boaters each month.
