Universal really said “what about charcuterie… but make it a pretzel” and honestly? They did something here.

The new Charcuterie Pretzel from Parkside Fare is loaded with meats, cheeses, and all the savory snack board energy on top of a warm soft pretzel.

Salty, cheesy, buttery, and just chaotic enough to work perfectly.

As a Type 1 diabetic, this is a theme park treat I can give myself with all the walking, and it is worth it for the savory payoff.

Fun Fact Friday 🤔

The chandelier in the atrium of the Disney Wonder was completely redesigned during the ship’s 2016 reimagining… and the inspiration behind it is incredibly specific.

🌺 Inspired by the flower in Ariel’s hair from The Little Mermaid
🌊 Designed with flowing glass pieces that feel like petals drifting underwater
🏛️ Created in the ship’s Art Nouveau style, focused on natural movement and organic shapes
✨ The asymmetrical design keeps it feeling fluid and constantly changing from different angles
💡 The updated chandelier also helped visually open and brighten the atrium during the redesign
🧜 Ariel herself sits directly beneath it, tying the entire space together

The original chandelier was a dramatic Dale Chihuly glass piece, but the redesign shifted the atrium toward something softer, lighter, and much more connected to Ariel’s story.

Disney didn’t just redesign a light fixture.

They reimagined the entire feeling of the space.

The White Chocolate Pearl Latte from The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers feels like pure main character energy in a cup.

Rich espresso layered with creamy steamed milk and sweet white chocolate flavor, topped with shimmering sugar pearls that make it feel almost too pretty to drink.

It’s smooth, sweet, cozy, and definitely leans dessert coffee in the best way possible. Think elevated white mocha with that signature Cake Bake Shop extra touch.

As a Type 1 diabetic, this is absolutely a “dose insulin and enjoy the moment” kind of drink 😅 but between all the walking at Disney and a little planning, I’m still ordering the fancy latte.

Suddenly willing to wake up at 5am, walk 10 miles, and stand in the Florida heat for 12 hours if it means going to Walt Disney World. 😭

Disney is the only exception to the “I don’t like going places” rule.

POV: your friend says “don’t worry, you’re on the calmer side” and suddenly you’re drafting your will at 60 mph next to Pedro Pascal (AKA my friend Ashley).

Stardust Racers really said “family thrill coaster” while my soul temporarily left my body. My life flashed before my eyes, I saw every bad financial decision I’ve ever made, and I’m pretty sure I aged 12 years during that launch.

Will I recommend it? Absolutely.
Will I ever ride it again? Absolutely not.
