Weekend in the White Mountains. Loaded up the van and pointed her north. 400+ miles round trip. Ate good food, drank drinks, and spent the entire weekend outside. I think this is the entire point, right? Scrambled rocks up the Sugarloaf Trail in Jefferson and were rewarded with the view from the summit.

As much as I love some mild tech in a van, and super clean builds, I have a soft spot for recycled and repurposed materials. My personal van used to be very scrappy. $10 steel Coleman cooler, leather door pulls from my father’s leather remnants collection from the 70s, and camping that REALLY felt like camping. The simplest way. What crew are you in?

Not all campers ‘round here… sometimes a work van needs something extra too! Added a Fiamma F45s awning to Manny’s new Sprinter. With a factory rail in place, we utilized some DIY Van installation brackets for the job. I think the matching white came out great 😎

There’s something about a window that you can crack open, even when it’s drizzling out.

I always suggest top hinge windows to clients for this reason. Not everyone wants that. Some prefer a slider, and that’s cool too! Anything with some functional features is going to be a huge step up from solid glass.
