When we think about what makes a Customized Journey special, we always come back to the people.

Of course, there are beautiful destinations, wonderful meals, and unforgettable experiences. But so often, it's the people we meet along the way who leave the biggest impression.

Beyond our core team, we're fortunate to work with an incredible network of tour leaders, local guides, and drivers—many of whom have been part of our travel family for years.

People like Louise, Enrica, and Marco, whose warmth, humor, and friendship have become such an important part of our journeys.

And we fondly remember our dear Boris, a beloved driver who will always be part of our travel family.

These are the relationships we treasure, and they're at the heart of what we do.
