Please note that due to forcasted weather related to Hurricane Erin, the Salem Ferry is making upcoming schedule adjustments.

The following trips are cancelled:

*Thursday, August 21, 7:00pm (Salem to Boston)
*Thursday, August 21, 8:30pm (Boston to Salem)
*Friday, August 22 (All trips in both directions - Salem to Boston, and Boston to Salem)

Public Notice

Flyover Alert for Marine Week Boston - Marblehead Ceremony at Fort Sewall on Thursday, 21 August

Please be advised that there will be a Marine Corps flyover conducted just after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 21 August.

Community members may see helicopters or planes overhead during that time, but please note that those demonstrations are part of the celebration. There is no danger to the public. Drone operators are requested to be mindful and avoid using drones during the course of the event.

I am so excited to see these two amazing businesses team up!!! (Whimsy's Sweet Life, Three Hundred Fifty )

Big news in little cakes! We just got in our first order of micro cakes from Three Hundred Fifty, a local woman-owned business on our own North Shore! More fresh local baked goods coming in soon, but hurry on in to try these now – they come in chocolate chocolate chip or vanilla (for the gluten sensitive), and are the perfect finish to an intimate dinner for two, or a great gift for your birthday BFF!

Don’t forget about visiting Salem’s Farmer’s Market each Thursday 3-7 p.m. in front of Old Town Hall. Lots of fresh bread, vegetables, fruits, refreshing beverages, bakery goods, unique gifts, canned goods, etc.
Check out Artist Row across the street for unique stores, a restaurant and some creative murals.
