Important information for tonight’s Calaverita run ♥️

💀 IMPORTANT CALAVERITA RUN 5K & FAMILY WALK UPDATE 🏅

We have some disappointing news to share ahead of tonight’s event.

Due to an unexpected shipping delay, a portion of our commemorative 5K medals and all Family Walk pins have not arrived in time for tonight’s celebration.

But don’t worry, everyone will receive their commemorative keepsake!

🏅 5K RUNNERS: We will distribute as many medals as we have available tonight. If you receive a medal, our team will record your bib number. If you don’t receive one tonight, we will mail it to you as soon as the remaining shipment arrives.

💀 FAMILY WALK PARTICIPANTS: All commemorative pins will be mailed once they arrive.
Items will be shipped to the mailing address provided during registration. If multiple participants were registered together, their items will be shipped to the address provided by the person who completed the registration.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tonight, we run and walk in remembrance, honoring the lives, memories, and legacies of those who came before us.

TONIGHT is the night 🌼

The Day of the Dead River Parade returns to the San Antonio River Walk!

Planning to join us? Here's everything you need to KNOW BEFORE YOU GO to make the most of your evening:

🕖 Parade Time: The parade begins at 7 PM, but floats will arrive at different times depending on your seating area. Check your ticket for your area's estimated start time.

🎟️ Tickets: Have your digital or printed tickets ready with the barcode or QR code visible. Email confirmations will NOT be accepted. Each guest must have a valid ticket.

📍 Find Your Gate: River Walk entrances close to the public at 5 PM, and gates reopen for ticket holders at 6 PM. Make sure to enter through your assigned gate, as access between seating areas is limited.

🚗 Parking: Downtown will be busy! Arrive early and plan your parking ahead of time.

🚫 A Few Reminders: No strollers, wagons, coolers, or pets are allowed in parade seating areas. The parade takes place rain or shine!

📱 Stay Updated: Keep your phone handy! Any weather-related delays or schedule changes will be communicated via text to the number provided during ticket purchase.

Head to the city's historic Westside, where the Esperanza Peace & Justice Center is bringing art, culture, and remembrance together through hands-on workshops leading up to its annual Día de Mu***os celebration.
