📦🚨 SHIPPING FAIL OF THE WEEK! 🔬😬

Well, folks… we've got another shipping disaster on our hands! 🤦‍♂️

A customer recently sent us some microscope objectives to be serviced, but unfortunately, they decided to wrap ALL the objectives together in bubble wrap without individually bagging or separating them.

You can probably guess what happened next! 😳

During shipping, the objectives bounced around, knocked into each other, and several took some pretty serious hits. Unfortunately, a few were damaged beyond repair. 💸

These are expensive, precision optical components, and something as simple as taking a few extra minutes to pack them properly could have prevented thousands of dollars in damage!

🔬 PLEASE take your time when packing microscopes and objectives for service!

✅ Bag and wrap each objective individually.

✅ Make sure no metal or glass components can touch each other.

✅ Use plenty of cushioning and a sturdy box.

✅ Follow our packing instructions before shipping.

We love repairing microscopes, but we hate having to tell customers their equipment can't be saved!

A few extra minutes packing can save you thousands of dollars! 📦

🔬 Custom Olympus BX51WI Electrophysiology Microscope Headed to Georgia Tech! 🎓

We're doing a quick demo of this custom-built Olympus BX51WI water immersion electrophysiology microscope before it heads out the door to Georgia Tech!

This microscope will be used as part of a patch clamp electrophysiology rig, and the customer will be able to customize the rest of the setup to fit their specific research needs.

For this build, we supplied the microscope frame, head, stage, condenser, and U-DP dual port.
