From lesson plans and activities to guidance from our education coordinators, we'll give you the tools and support to jump right in.

A little encouragement can go a long way, and sometimes, simply giving students a space to practice, make mistakes, and have fun speaking English can make all the difference.

Giving is a positive cycle that goes both ways 💚 Keep reading to learn more about a very special day in Sop Chem, Laos 🇱🇦 and comment "Apply" and we'll send you more information!

Earlier that day, volunteers gave scholarships to the students of Sop Chem. You can learn all about that in last week's post!

But by the end of the day, the community had something to give us too.

This is the Baci Ceremony 💚

The entire village of Sop Chem comes together to thank every volunteer who spent their time learning, working, laughing, teaching, and becoming part of their community.

Community members tie white chords around each volunteer's wrist. Each chord represents an individual blessing - wishes of good fortune, happiness, and prosperity for the journey home.

Earlier, volunteers helped provide students with the supplies they need for their education. By the end of the day, the community gathers to give volunteers something they'll never forget...

A lifetime of blessings and memories💚

It's a beautiful reminder that giving goes both ways 💚
