Meet your guide: Karen 🌿

Karen is a naturalist guide who’s been sharing her love of the outdoors since 2021. With a background in Marine Biology and Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina, she’s always been drawn to the small (and sometimes mysterious) details of nature—from bugs and slugs to the occasional Bigfoot sighting 👀

Her path through outdoor education eventually led her back to the Pacific Northwest, where she now loves helping guests explore the diverse ecosystems that make Washington so special.

When she’s not guiding, you’ll find Karen hiking, biking, or skiing her way around the country.
