28th Annual Butterfly Release

The Annual Butterfly Release is divided into two sessions to ensure that guests can enjoy all of the activities and stroll through the park at their own pace, allowing families and individuals to come and go at their leisure during their session time.

When you check-in, you will receive your boxed butterflies to release at the park or take home. Enjoy refreshments and fun activities for all ages. This annual fundraising effort is used to support all the activities and upkeep at the park, and pays for new plantings downtown. We are excited to once again be able to share the magic of butterflies with you this season and appreciate your support. Tickets are limited and advance ticket purchase is required to attend.

Time Options:
Session I - 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Session II - 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Cost:
Donation $35/person 12 yrs. & older (includes one butterfly)
Free Admission for children under 12 yrs. (butterfly not included)

How to Purchase:
Use the secure Pay Pal link below. You can select the session time and the quantity of tickets.
Tickets are also available at the Southwest Harbor Chamber of Commerce - 329 Main Street.

NOTE:
The garden will be closed on the day of the event between 11:30am - 1:00pm to give us time to prepare for the festivities.
