Ribbon cutting time ✂️

Congrats to the Pacific Northwest Surgery Center on opening their new facility! Yesterday, the community gathered for a joint ribbon cutting with the Springfield Chamber and the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce in honor of the grand opening.
