Step back in time on Main Street! 🇺🇸🕯️

Join the fun at the Historical Children’s Festival at Missouri’s First State Capitol State Historic Site on May 16 from 10am–3pm.

Kids and families can experience what life was like in the 1820s as Missouri was becoming a state. Enjoy live reenactments, music, storytelling, and hands-on activities including:

It’s back! The 3rd Annual Espresso Martini Shake Off on January 10th & 17th from 1–4 PM at The Midwestern (208 N Main Street).

Sample delicious martinis, enjoy live music, sweet treats, and cast your vote for the best espresso martini in town! Proceeds support Main Street and Frenchtown beautification projects, so every sip makes a difference.

For the past 25 years volunteers have gathered each year to tie thousands of red bows to decorate our historic Main Street! After each bow is completed the bow is given the traditional “Hello Bow!” greeting before tossing onto the pile.

Our Fall Cleanup was a success! Volunteers came out to plant flowers, tidy up green spaces, and make Historic Main Street shine for the season. Thank you to everyone who helped keep our community looking beautiful!
