BEND YOUR KNEES! If you work with dogs, it's a saying you have on repeat in play groups. And let's be honest, are you even a dog musher if you haven’t been taken out by a group of dogs? We love the play yards where our dogs get to stretch their legs and zoom around in packs. But we definitely have to watch out because once they get going, they don't stop. Who else has a funny story of their dogs taking them out?

Turns out they prefer to be pulling the sled.... not in it.

Retirement update for Lunatic. Luna was adopted by our amazing office manager officially this year, although she has been "hers" for a while now. It's the perfect example of how sometimes a dog just picks their person and you don't have much say in it. The way she lights up around Chelsea made it very clear. The best part about all of this is I still get to see Lunatic almost every day at work. She is enjoying all her cat and dog siblings, and has even slowed down enough to smell the flowers on occasion. I am so grateful every day for our retiree homes. If you are interested in adopting one of our amazing retired sled dogs, check out our website or feel free to reach out directly. We'd love to answer any questions you may have!
