How Our Hosted Group Trips Work
Our hosted group trips are designed around you!
Rather than creating a trip first and asking you to fit into the itinerary, I use client interest and preferences to help shape each hosted journey from the very beginning.
1. Explore Upcoming Trip Ideas
Browse the trips I’m considering hosting, from luxury cruises and European escapes to bucket-list adventures and unique cultural experiences. Each trip idea includes an estimated travel date, ideal traveler, and a brief overview of what I have in mind.
2. Join the Interest List
Found a trip that sounds like your kind of adventure? Complete the interest & planning form for that trip.
This is not a commitment to travel or a booking. It simply lets me know that you’re interested and gives me a better understanding of what you would want from the experience.
3. Share Your Preferences
The interest form asks about things like your preferred dates, trip length, accommodations, experiences, travel style, and other itinerary preferences. Your feedback helps me identify what matters most to the group.
4. I Build the Trip Around the Interest
Once I’ve gathered enough interest and feedback, I’ll use that information to develop the hosted trip — including the timing, itinerary, accommodations, experiences, and other details.
The goal is to create a thoughtfully curated experience that reflects what the travelers joining us are actually looking for.
5. Get First Access
When a trip is ready to move forward, those who joined the interest list will be among the first to receive the finalized details and booking information.
Think of it as helping design the trip before it exists. Your interest and feedback help turn an initial travel idea into a luxury group experience designed with our travelers in mind.
